Are you thinking about asking for help with your mental health?

At Magrath Pharmacy we can help. Our pharmacist Andrew Magrath is offering a course to help with your mental health. You do not need to have already been diagnosed with anxiety or depression. Andrew can help. Just like you might go to the gym for your physical health Andrew’s course can help with your mental health. Our Mental Health Improvement Program is based on ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ACT is a form of counselling and therapy and Andrew will offer practical solutions to help you with your mental health.

In-person or on-line?

Andrew recommends in-person appointments as the best way to get the most out of the course.

Time and Costs

Andrew recommends a six week course of ACT to get the most out of the program but patients can visit as few or as many times as they wish. Costs are at an introductory price of £20 for a 40 minute appointment.
